Description | Permanent export of goods to outside of SACU is a Customs procedure under which goods are permanently exported to any region outside of the SACU region. Exporter needs to fill in a bank form called F1878 for purposes of foreign exchange. |
Comments | All exports are zero rated. If an exporter is exporting to an area under which the Eswatini has a trade agreement with, providing preferential access then the exporter is expected to attach a certificate of origin. The onus lies on the exporter to get an export permit for certain goods. |
