Process Steps
|
Step 1
|
The applicant downloads and completes an application on a common application form.
|
|
|
Step 2
|
The applicant submits the application together with the supporting documents to the Dairy Board headquarters in Manzini. Applications can be submitted electronically through email submission and attached documents (the majority of importers use email facility).

| Step 3 |
The Issuing Office processes the application, and with all correct issues the Dairy Import Permit.
|
|
| Step 4 |
The applicant makes payment at time of collection of the permit. |
|
| Step 5 |
The applicant may proceed with the importing of the dairy products in accordance to customs formalities and subject to compliance with relevant import requirements
|

A copy of the permit and related information are filed for record keeping
