Process Steps

Step 1

The applicant collects application from to export a firearm from the Royal Eswatini Police headquarters, Firearms Department, and begins the application process. 

Step 2

The applicant makes payment of applicable processing fees. 

Step 3

The applicant completes application form, attaches supporting documents and payment receipt to the application. 

Step 4

The applicant submits the application together with the supporting documents.

Step 5 

The receiving officer processes the application and prepares an export permit, signs and stamps it. 

Step 6

The applicant receives the permit and may proceed with the export. 

Step 7

A copy of the approved application and issued permit and related information are filed for record keeping.
